Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Mota account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Rider Responsibilities

As a rider, you agree to provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations, treat drivers with respect, and pay all fares and fees associated with your rides. You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your trip.

Driver Responsibilities

As a driver, you agree to maintain a valid license, insurance, and vehicle in good condition. You must comply with all applicable laws and treat riders with professionalism and respect.

Payment Terms

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Drivers receive their earnings minus applicable service fees.

Limitation of Liability

Mota provides a platform connecting riders and drivers. We are not liable for damages arising from the conduct of riders or drivers, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a safety risk to the community.
